This Cartier sterling lighter from the early 1970s represents one of the Maison’s earliest oval-profile designs and a particularly rare execution within the Must de Cartier series. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver with precise vertical line engraving, it is distinguished by a factory-fitted solid 18k gold Trinity ring around the cap—an iconic Cartier motif seldom seen on lighters. Only a small number of sterling models with Trinity detailing were produced, as each piece required extensive hand-finishing and careful metalwork. Hallmarks are present on the ring , body , and under the lighter . the lighter is accompanied by its original box and complete booklet set. A highly desirable example of Cartier’s early craftsmanship.

Mint Condition . Virtually no signs of use. Extremely well preserved with flawless or near flawless presentation and structurally sound.

This vintage lighter includes a 12 month working warranty, a rare benefit for pieces of this kind. The warranty covers functional issues that may arise during normal operation and the lighter will be serviced or replaced at no cost if a defect occurs. All service is performed by the specialist workshop in Italy from which the lighter ships. The warranty does not cover wear from regular handling, cosmetic marks, or damage from improper use. After the warranty period, we can provide the workshop’s contact information for future service.
