Vintage 1970 Extremely Rare Cartier Solid 925 Sterling Vertical Line with Solid 18k Lines Rare Lighter

This rare Cartier sterling lighter is an exceptional example of the Maison’s early oval-profile design from the 1970s. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver with vertical line detailing and accented by solid 18k gold bands stamped with 750 hallmarks, it represents one of Cartier’s most distinguished interpretations of its Must de Cartier era. Cartier produced very few solid silver and gold lighters during this period due to the extensive handwork involved, making surviving examples particularly prized by collectors.  Its nearly fifty-year age is expressed through a refined, even patina without distracting wear.This piece reflects the refined proportions, precision tolerances, and unmistakable elegance of Cartier’s early production.
