Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout directly by the carrier. Rates depend on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the service level selected.
Transit times shown at checkout are carrier-generated estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. USPS Priority and FedEx Home Delivery are not express services. If you need guaranteed or urgent delivery, please call us at +1 (800) 495-3201.
Customer Service does not provide manual shipping quotes. To estimate shipping cost, add items to your cart and enter your shipping address. Transit times are not accurate for USPS.
When Orders Ship
Orders placed Monday–Wednesday with all items in stock are fulfilled based on our order queue, with Overnight shipments prioritized. Orders placed Thursday or Friday will ship either Friday or Monday depending on warehouse volume.
Standard U.S. orders typically require 1–2 business days to process before shipment. International orders may require additional processing time due to documentation or carrier restrictions.
All orders are fulfilled during business days/hours only. Shipping timelines begin once the order is fulfilled. Additional processing time may occur during major holidays and sitewide promotions.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Mexico, Greece, Russia, and Indonesia due to customs restrictions.
International orders ship via FedEx. We do not have other options unless it is a military address.
Once international packages leave our warehouse, we cannot control customs delays, local processing times, or delivery speed.
Customs, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused or returned due to import restrictions or unpaid fees, shipping is non-refundable, and refunds or exchanges are processed only once/if the parcel returns to us.
Tracking Information
You will receive an automatic shipment notification with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking numbers are sent directly by the carrier.
To track your order on our website, log in to your Customer Account, select My Orders, then Shipments. Orders must be placed under the same account to appear.
Ground-level domestic shipments within the continental U.S. may take up to 10 business days after fulfillment.
Backordered Items
Backordered items may delay fulfillment. If your packing slip shows a quantity of 0, that item is backordered.
You may also notice a backorder if an item does not ship with the rest of your order, or if your order has not shipped within 2–3 business days. If this happens, please contact us for an update.
We can keep backorders open if you are willing to wait, but restock timelines are not always predictable—especially for hangers, ties, and socks, which replenish on variable schedules.
If Your Package Has Not Arrived
If your package has not arrived after 25 days, contact Customer Service.
If USPS marks a package as Delivered but you have not received it, please notify us immediately. If the package is still missing after 7 days, we can use your package protection to file a claim.
Carriers require a 30-day waiting period from the time the package enters their system before we can file a lost-package claim for non-delivered shipments.
Changing My Order (Adding, Removing, and Cancellations)
You must contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is not possible to adjust or cancel. After-hours requests are addressed the next business day.
Adding or Removing Items: If the order has not been fulfilled, items can be added or removed. Added items must be paid for promptly or they will ship separately with a new shipment charge. Removed items are refunded only if fulfillment has not begun. Once fulfilled, unwanted items must go through the normal return/exchange process.
Canceling an Order: Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment. Cancellation is not guaranteed if warehouse processing has already started or a label has been created.
Changing My Address
Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address and is returned to our warehouse, processing may take time, especially for international shipments.
If you purchased Re:do package protection, we will reship your returned parcel once it arrives back with us. Without Re:do, you may pay to reship the returned order or request a refund for the products (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Freight Forwarders
We do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Orders using freight forwarder addresses will be canceled and refunded without prior notice.
If an order to a freight forwarder bypasses screening, please note:
- We are not responsible for damage, loss, or missing items
- We cannot provide paperwork or support for freight forwarders
- Customers using freight forwarders forfeit all rights to KirbyAllison.com return policies
- No refunds will be issued for damaged items routed through a forwarder

We can ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations. Please call us if you are having difficulty placing your order.
