Thank you for contacting Customer Service. Please click the below link to generate a pre-paid FedEx Return Label. Once the label is generated, please print it out, attach it to your shipment, and drop the package off anywhere that FedEx picks up.

  • Please be sure to package the merchandise so it will not be damaged in transit. Merchandise damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense or disposed of without refund or exchange (See Return Policy for more details).
